Received my Notice of Assessment etc. and still confused on what it all REALLY means. A plea to the City Leaders, can you please give an explanation of the legal jargon in layman terms. These forms are outdated and the residents deserve clearer explanations as to what the difference is between the 3 different VALUES, ETC. One needs an attorney and a CPA to try and rationalize this form. PLEASE UPDATE THESE FORMS WITH THOROUGH EXPLANATIONS!!!!
