Obamacare yes or no?

In a couple of weeks, Oct 1st, individuals can sign up at the govt exchanges for Obamacare.  Should the govt control healthcare choices, or should folk be allowed to make those choices.?
One thing for sure, workplaces are getting out of healthcare in a big way,  by shortening hours to part time status to avoid $2000 penalties, by reducing the work force to under 50 employees to avoid massive paperwork requirements, and the penalties altogether.
Obamacare has good points, such as everyone gets healthcare despite pre existing conditions, and kids up to age 26.  It has bad sides, such as no tort reform, and the previously mentioned penalty issues, now delayed a year for businesses since they have many questions, but the answers are not coming.  Why not just fix the current system by adding the good points rather than institute a new federal program that is costing trillions over budget?
Part of scamming anyone is the creation of a  'sense of urgency' in making a decision.  Obamacare was passed without many folk even reading the 2200 page bill.  Instead of saving us money, it is adding tremendous costs, especially for businesses in the 40-60 employee range.  Unions hate it as companies are changing the 40 hr workweek norm to part timers as the norm to avoid penalties.  Employees won't really know this for another year as it has been delayed.  Some at Sears, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, etc already know shorter hours are coming  from personal experience.  i know, I run a business, and next year some hard choices will have to be made.  Reduce the full time workforce, pay $2000 per employee penalties for not providing  Obamacare dictated insurance that costs 5 times as much, unaffordable in this economy?   Should we plod on anyway, or step back and re-evaluate Obamacare.?   Yes or No??   Once an entitlement (or raise) is given, it is very hard to take back.  If you don't pay taxes, don't bother to comment.  The taxpayers are footing Obamacare, and their input is what counts.  Our elected officials at Washington seem to forget this at times.  So, Yes or No on funding Obamacare?
