As stated by so many businesses the parking "nazis" (not personally, they just follow orders and have quotas to meet) who wrote over 90,000+ tickets last year compared to 30,000+ written in Birmingham. You have better odds of breaking even at a casino than getting out of RO without a parking ticket and this discourages those looking to shop retail and not just to get "their drink on" (thanks Debbie) according to more than one retailer speaking before the DDA this week.
