The guy who alledgedly attacked an employee at O'Toole's was noted to be have a high level of intoxication. Will the bar that served him to get that drunk be ticketed? Judy, also, the police chief downplayed how calm it was over St Patty's Day weekend. Why did he not mention that the PD closed down a number of bars on Fifth Avenue early because it was so out of control? My daughter's works at one of the bars that was closed. Can you follow up and get the accurate picture of what transpired on St. Patty's Day? Ask the chief if any bars were asked to close early. The answer is YES!. The next question is why were they asked to close early? It will conflict with his downplayed report of what happened in the downtown.
