Royal Oak Driver Refuses to Stop for Police, Goes Home, Gets Car Towed

A man is currently under investigation for felony fleeing and eluding charges, after refusing to stop for Royal Oak Police late Thursday morning.

Royal Oak Police Chief Corrigan O'Donohue confirms police attempted to pull a motorist over but the driver refused to stop until he was in his driveway on the city's south side.

"His actions were criminal," O'Donohue said.

Police towed the man's vehicle and are investigating the incident.
