Royal Oak Fire Department Open House Saturday

Free family-fun event includes mini fire truck rides and a visit from Sparky the Fire Dog.

The Royal Oak Fire Department will be hosting its annual open house from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12 at the downtown fire station, 215 E. Sixth St.

The annual event is an opportunity for families to have fun while learning about safety. Fire Department personnel will provide demonstrations, displays and hands-on activities. 

The following activities will be available for visitors to the open house:
