Royal Oak Motel Guests Arrested for Outstanding Warrants

Catalytic converters stolen from vehicles

  

2800 block of Woodslee, Jan. 7-14 – Jan. 8, 7 p.m. – 8 a.m.: A woman reported she parked her vehicle in the parking lot. When she returned she discovered someone stole the catalytic converter from her 2002 Pontiac Aztek.

3300 block of Greenfield, Jan. 8-14 – Jan. 10, 5 p.m. – 1 p.m.: A woman reported she parked her vehicle in the parking lot of the apartment complex. When she returned to her vehicle she discovered someone stole the catalytic converter from her 2001 Chevy Cavalier.

Windows smashed

 

3300 block of Greenfield, Jan. 10, 4 p.m. – 6:41 p.m.: A woman reported she parked her vehicle in the parking lot of the apartment complex. When she returned she discovered someone broke out the driver’s side rear window of the vehicle.

400 block of N. Washington, Jan. 13-14 – Jan. 14, 6 p.m. – 8 a.m.: A man reported he parked his vehicle on the roadway. When he returned he discovered the hood and windshield were damaged. A small propane tank was located near the vehicle and appeared as if it was used to damage the car.

 

Motel guests arrested for outstanding warrants

 

111 W. 12 Mile (City Motel), Jan. 13, 2:12 a.m.: Royal Oak officers conducted a motel check and located someone with a felony warrant for possession of dangerous drugs and a misdemeanor warrant for operating while intoxicated. The person was arrested without incident. 

30776 Woodward (Sagamore Motel), Jan. 12, 4:02 p.m.: Royal Oak officers conducted a motel check and located someone with a warrant for a parole violation. The person was on parole for fleeing and eluding a police officer, receiving and concealing stolen property and check fraud. The person was arrested without incident.
