Wait a minute! Where does an "Attempted Breaking & Entering," become a "Home Invasion?" I don't know why the News Media can't understand the difference. A Home Invasion is when a resident of the home is present and an intruder forces entrance into the home. If no one is home at the time then the intruder is committing a burglary.
