Thirsty Thief Steals Beer at Emagine and More on Police Blotter

Thirsty Thief Steals Beer at Emagine

200 N. Main (Emagine Theatre), March 31: Staff reported a man entered a closed bar area of the business, damaged a beer dispenser and stole beer. Royal Oak Officers located the man and arrested him for malicious destruction of property and retail fraud.

Home invasion

700 block of Dorchester, March 28: A woman reported someone entered her residence and stole miscellaneous jewelry and an undisclosed amount of currency.

Items taken from cars

200 S. Center (Parking Structure), April 1: A woman reported a man broke out the window of her Black 2006 Jeep Liberty and attempted to steal the in-dash navigation system. The suspect was described as a male, approximately 18 years old, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. 

27550 Woodward (Royal Oak Ford), April 2: The business reported someone stole the running boards off of a Silver 2013 Ford F-150.

Jeep stolen

2500 block of Normandy, March 31: A man reported someone stole his Red 2006 Jeep Wrangler. 

Thieves take gas grill, iPhone, coin collection and more

600 block of Maxwell, March 29: A man reported someone stole his gas grill. 

25352 Woodward (LA Fitness), March 28: A man reported a subject stole his jacket, iPhone  and Dr. Dre Beats headphones.

1400 block of Chesapeake, April 13: A man reported an acquaintance stole his identification, credit card and a coin collection from his residence.
