Wallet stolen from cup holder
200 N. Main (Emagine Theater), Dec. 18, 11 p.m. – 11:59 p.m.: A man reported he went to the theater to watch a movie. He placed his wallet in the seat cup holder and someone stole it.

Guest steals gift cards, prescription drugs

300 block of N. Washington, Dec. 22, 1 a.m. – 7 p.m.: A woman reported she invited several friends and acquaintances to her apartment. Later she discovered two gift cards and two bottles of prescription medication were stolen.
Cellphones taken
734 S. Washington (Hooka Joe’s), Dec. 21, 2:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.: A woman reported she left her cellphone on a couch inside the business. She returned to the business when it opened later in the day and spoke to an employee. The employee told her the phone was turned over to a female subject claiming the phone belonged to her.
5150 Coolidge (Meijer Store), Dec. 21, 7 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: A man reported he placed his cellphone in the shopping cart he was using. He left the cart unattended and someone stole it.
Purse, cellphone, laptop taken from unlocked car
700 block of Florence, Dec. 19, 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.: A woman reported she parked her car on the street and went into a residence for a few moments. When she returned she discovered someone had stolen her purse, cellphone and a Dell laptop computer from the unlocked vehicle.
Tire slashed
Main & University, Dec. 25, 3:15 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.: A woman reported she parked her vehicle on N. Main near University and went to the Emagine Theater. When she returned to her vehicle she discovered someone cut her passenger side front tire.
