Town Hall for Millage Proposals

The League of Woman Voters and co-sponsors the Royal Oak Chamber and Royal Oak Library have set a town hall meeting to inform the citizens about the two millage proposals on the ballot concerning public safety and the schools on Wednesday, Oct. 10, at 7 p.m. at the Royal Oak Library.


The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization encouraging the informed and active participation of citizens in government. The League never supports or opposes a candidate or political party. It influences public policy through education and advocacy, according to its website.
