Leaf Collection Ends, Now What? Got Bags?

Royal Oak trucks will soon be converted to plows and any leaves left on the street will be plowed onto your front lawn if you don't take action soon.

The last round of leaf pickups in 2013 ends Friday for the City of Royal Oak.

Workers have begun to make a third pass through town, according to the Department of Public Service (DPS). Trucks will be out Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Got bags?

If you missed raking your leaves to the street you can bag them, however, next week is the last week that bagged leaves will be picked up.

The city's trucks will soon be converted to plows and any leaves left on the street will be plowed onto your front lawn the first time there is 4-inches or more of snow if you don't take action to bag leaves in time for your regular collection day next week.
