What's the Best Gym in Royal Oak?

It's the new year, and a lot of people are resolving to get in shape. But where's the best place to get a workout in the area? Share your recommendations for the best place to work out around town.

When a new family moves into your neighborhood and asks for your recommendations for stores, take-out places or professional services, what do you say?

Because Patch has an extensive directory of local businesses, we want all of our readers to benefit from your experience the way your neighbors do. Who do you call when you have a plumbing nightmare? Where do you go for a last-minute blowout before big date? Who do you trust when your car starts making a weird noise? Share your knowledge by leaving reviews on businesses in our directory.

Every week, we'll focus on a different product or service. Today the hot topic is fitness centers.

Visit Royal Oak Patch Places to learn about local gyms and write reviews. Which local fitness center has been your favorite? Or did you find one that smelled too much of stinky socks?

Let us know by clicking through to the profile pages of these businesses and leaving your comments:

Tell us, Royal Oak gym-goers, which is the best fitness center in the area?

I love Jazzercise. It has upbeat and fun music and I always have a smile on my face when I am working out. It has cardio, weights, and stretches and is very challanging. I have also made a lot of new friends. The instructors there are amazing!

I was a member there for over seven years. I'm in the process of finding another gym.
