A house on Cooper Street in Royal Oak is on the market after being damaged by an explosion in February.

A house damaged by an explosion in February, has a for sale sign and an offer pending.

The 3-story tudor, located at 4244 Cooper Street, was rebuilt in 2013 after a gas rupture in the 4000 block of Cooper Street destroyed one home and caused severe damage to adjacent homes. Daniel Richard Malczynski, 58, of Royal Oak died in the explosion. 

The classic brick and stucco house, built in 1926, has a brand new kitchen, new windows, electric, plumbing, doors and fixtures and was listed for $299,500.

The house was last sold in September 1998 for $225,000.
