Video: ROHS Crowns Homecoming King and Queen at Halftime
Royal Oak High School halftime festivities are the highlight of a 40-17 loss to Southfield Lathrup.
Friday night, alumni joined the choir as it sang the Alma Mater and cheered as 2010 Homecoming Queen Enxhi Merpeza and King Bill LeAnnais crowned their successors on the 50-yard line.
The new 2011 Homecoming King and Queen are Sam Urich and Caroline Mitchell.
Meanwhile on the gridiron, the Ravens were unable to overcome Southfield Lathrup, falling to the Chargers, 40-17, in the Friday night matchup.
