Girlfriends Go Red
on Thursday, Feb. 20th from 6 - 8 pm at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. Attendees
are invited to wear their red shoes and join the American Heart Association and
Beaumont Hospital for an evening of education and fun. This free event
kicks-off with an expert health panel followed by dance and fitness demos,
screenings and prizes. Attendees will receive a passport at the beginning of
the program and encouraged to stop at different stations to learn how they can

Detroit Go Red For Women Luncheon, this Valentine’s Day, the American Heart Association is asking people to show love for their heart by uniting with other women at the luncheon on Feb. 14th from 9 -1:30 p.m. at the MGM Grand Detroit. This event will feature a health expo and heart-healthy lunch. Rosie O’Donnell will serve as keynote speaker. Tickets for the luncheon are $250.
