9 Royal Oak Runners Earn Medals at the Holly Invitational
Ben Kendall, Madelyne Luddy, and Max Benoit lead Royal Oak runners on Saturday.
Davisburg – Several Royal Oak cross country runners were top 35 medalists on Saturday in the 2011 Holly Cross Country Invitational at Springfield Oaks County Park in Davisburg.
scored 143 points to place fourth in the Boys Division 4. Ben Kendell ran 17:07 and finished fourth, Matt Sutton (17:28) finished 14th and Matt Arce (17:55) finished 21st to earn medals.
The Lady Knights scored 144 points to place seventh in the Girls Division 4, with five top 35 medalists:

scored 406 points to place 15th in the Boys Division 1. Junior Max Benoit led the Ravens, finishing 30th in 17:08. The Ravens girls cross country team did not compete.
