Brief: Shrine Girls Basketball Gets Back to Winning

Knights bounce back from Monday night drumming with a 37-point beating of Hazel Park.

The season is back on track for the Royal Oak girls basketball team following a Tuesday night 62-25 victory over Hazel Park at home.

Monday night, , 53-33, and vowed to bounce back.

Shrine senior Halle Wangler put up 18 points Tuesday while Rosi Konczal added 11 followed by Kendal Veasley putting in 10 as the Knights cruised to victory.

Hali Pasdon led Hazel Park with 17 points.

Shrine is now 8-4 and travels to Sacred Heart on Thursday at 6 p.m.
