More than 2,600 runners set off on the Brooksie Way half marathon race Sunday morning in Rochester.
Finishing first among Royal Oakers in the half marathon was Partick Monette, 30, with a clock time of 1:25:31. That was good for 22nd place overall, and fifth place in his age division. Among the women, Nicole Derrick, 42, crossed the finish line in 1:31:37.
