Basketball League Sign-up Begins

To participate in the league you must be a member. All leagues are co-ed. Members who are participating will be given a practice schedule at registration. During these practices the players will be evaluated and then placed on a team. The season will begin in January and end within the first two weeks of March.

There is a $5 fee that must be paid at registration.


Intermediate League (10, 11, & 12 years old)
Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Dec. 1. Each participant will be scheduled to a specific practice time at registration. Regular season games will be played on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4:30 and 8 pm beginning in January of 2012.

Junior A League (8 & 9 years old)
Practices will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning Dec. 5. Each participant will be scheduled to a specific practice time at registration. Games will be played on Mondays and Wednesdays between 4:30 and 8:00pm beginning in January of 2012.


Junior B League (6 & 7 years old)

Practices and games will be held on Saturdays between 11:30am and 3:30pm beginning Jan. 7, 2012. Each
participant will be scheduled to a practice time at registration. Games will begin in February. The Club will only be open for Junior B basketball practices and games on Saturday.


How to Register
There are limited spots available on a first come, first served basis. Participants may register for basketball
only during the hours that the Club is open for members (3:00-7:30PM Monday-Friday).
1. All participants must be a member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Oakland County. To become a member
you must fill out a membership application, show a birth certificate and proof of residency, and pay the annual
membership fee of only $25.
2. Once you become a member you then fill out a basketball registration form, and pay a $5 fee.
