Why dont you do something about the proliferation of single family homes becoming rental property that is poorly maintained? And the same houses often can have as many as four adults splitting the rent. I have two such houses as neighbors and my wife and I after 16 years in Royal Oak, have decided to list our house this spring and move to Clarkston.

Royal Oak is turning into a community where college grads can move in and continue the frat house lifestyle. It's worse than Ed indicates in his post.
