Well now that you know the reasons to avoid processed foods, let's concentrate on the what we should eat. In 2014 I will explore ways to incorporate whole foods into our diet for optimal health and functioning.
As you can see, it may be difficult because most foods are "processed" in some way. However, taking a little time to prepare and plan your meals and snacks will provide many health benefits for you and your family.
