Fresh Foods are Actually Cheaper than Processed Foods


Some claim that fresh, healthy foods are too expensive. But numerous studies have shown that whole foods, made from scratch, end up costing less per serving than their processed equivalents.
A single serving of 100% organic chili made with fresh ingredients and grass-fed beef is about 50 cents cheaper to make than buying a can of chemical-laden, microwaveable chil from the store.
And healthier, too!
