Royal Oak Inventor Donates Stuffed Animals to Children's Hospital
The innovative design of Bedside Healers allows children in hospitals to attach stuffed animals to bed rails.
Patients at Children’s Hospital of Michigan received an early Christmas present, thanks to Jason Peach, of Royal Oak, the inventor and owner of Bedside Healers. Bedside Healers are stuffed animals equipped with an innovative design that allows patients to attach them to bed rails, IV posts, and walkers. Peach opened his business a mere five months ago, and has already donated more than 500 bears to local hospitals, as well as hospitals in Las Vegas and Florida. His success earned him the Ferndale Area Chamber of Commerce’s New Business of the Year award at a ceremony held Nov. 8. I have given Bedside Healers to both my mom & a friend while they were in hospital. Both found the Bedside Healers to be comforting and glad that they were always in reach. more ›
