Upton Elementary is a finalist in the Clorox Company’s Power A Bright Future grant program.

Upton Elementary needs your vote. The elementary school is a finalist in the Clorox Company’s Power A Bright Future grant program, which gives schools the chance to win up to $50,000. Here are the details of what Upton would do with prize money: Currently Upton Elementary School has 12 classrooms and approximately 320 students. Upton has been trying to raise money to incorporate more technology into the students learning by trying to put Mimio interactive teaching technology into the classrooms. However it is very costly and Upton has not successfully been able to purchase all the necessary needs for each class.
