Scottish American Society Hosts Annual Robert Burns Supper

Event will feature traditional Scotch Pie and Bridie dinner, pipers, Highland dancers, Detroit Caledonian Pipe Band, Scottish Harpist, Raggle Taggle Band, toasts, and Haggis!

Royal Oak-based Scottish American Society of Michigan will host its 4th annual Robert Burns Supper on Sunday, January 20 from 3 to 7 pm at the Commonwealth Club, 30088 Dequindre Road in Warren. Featured at the event will be: “Robert Burns Suppers are such a great time because people get to come and relax in a non-formal setting, learn about the life and times of Burns, and hear poems and songs written by the great bard himself,” says Franklin Dohanyos, Executive Director of the Scottish American Society of Michigan. “We only have 160 seats and as usual, it will be a sell out as in years past.
