Letter to Editor: Former City Commissioner Urges Support for Meinecke
Ilene Lanfear believes Derek Meinecke has the experience, integrity, diligence and dedication required to serve from the bench.
The following letter was sent to Royal Oak Patch by former Royal Oak City Commissioner Ilene Lanfear: I believe the right choice for Judge of the 44th District Court in the November election is Derek Meinecke. As a 50 year resident of the City of Royal Oak and former City Commissioner, I have had the opportunity to know many fine people who have served our City and our community well. Certainly one of the finest I have had the chance to meet and work with is Derek Meinecke. Among his many involvements and accomplishments is his work with The Boys & Girls Club of South Oakland County.
