City, School District Publications to Merge
Beginning in May, Royal Oak's 'Insight' magazine will feature school district news.
The final standalone edition of Your Schools, the Royal Oak school district newsletter, will arrive in mailboxes at the end of March. Beginning in May, Your Schools will be published as a section within Insight, the city of Royal Oak and Recreation Department newsletter. The cross-publication will result in cost savings for the city and school district. Layout costs and the number of pages impact the cost of each issue, so the savings amount will vary.
