Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. 30254 Woodward (AT&T), May 4: A manager reported two men entered the store and looked at various cell phone displays. After they left, the manager realized two Samsung S4 cell phones valued at $640 each and a Blackberry Z10 cell phone valued at $549 were stolen. He reviewed the video and observed the subjects stealing the cell phones. One of the suspects was described as a black man in his early 20s, thin build, 5-feet 10-inches to 6-feet 1-inch tall, black afro and numerous visible tattoos. During the arrest process a second person interfered with the arrest and assaulted one of the officers. During the struggle the officer was injured. Thankfully there were two officers on the scene which should be the case in any domestic dispute, or in the case of an outstanding warrant maybe even more. I am surprised a tasor was not used in this incident, it would have been justified.   more ›
