Police Blotter: Cab Driver Grabs Woman's Breast, Fight Breaks Out on Bus

Highlights from Royal Oak Police Department reports from the past week: Alexander and Gardenia, Dec. 2:  A woman reported a cab driver grabbed her breast in lieu of payment for a cab ride.  The man was driving a silver Town and Country and appears to be an independently licensed cab.  The suspect described the man as having a medium but muscular build.  Special Tree Housing Project, 2017 Rochester:  Royal Oak officers were called to the home when two special needs juveniles failed to return to the home after school.  Officers began a canvass of the area and determined the juveniles had last been seen around 2:30 p.m.  The officers were able to track one of the juvenile’s phones to an address in Clawson.  Officers went to the Clawson …

Police Blotter: Thieves Target Vehicles, Man Observed Naked at Salvation Army

Highlights of Royal Oak police reports for the week of Aug. 18-25:  Salvation Army Church, 3015 N. Main, Aug. 23: A 16-year-old girl reported walking with her 10-year-old sister and observing a completely naked male in his mid-30s, slightly heavy set, standing next to a small four-door black vehicle.  600 block of North Stephenson, Aug. 19: A woman reported that someone stole her 1992 Suburban from her driveway.   13 Mile and Woodward Avenue, Aug. 19: A man reported that someone stole his 2008 Triumph motorcycle.   Elmwood and Normandy, Aug. 19: A man reported that someone stole his 1992 Honda while it was parked in the street.   1200 block of Irving, Aug. 25: A man reported that someone stole his unlocked 1994 Jeep.  1100 block of …
