After they left, the manager realized two Samsung S4 cell phones valued at $640 each and a Blackberry Z10 cell phone valued at $549 were stolen. He reviewed the video and observed the subjects stealing the cell phones. One of the suspects was described as a black man in his early 20s, thin build, 5-feet 10-inches to 6-feet 1-inch tall, black afro and numerous visible tattoos. Reports of multiple break-ins across Oakland County this month have police issuing warnings and tips to area homeowners. On Tuesday, Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard issued a news release advising residents to take "simple steps to make your home more difficult to enter and less enticing to would-be burglars."
