<b>Michael Andrzejak</b> is a 50 year lifelong resident of Royal Oak. He has served on the City Commission for 12 years, 6 of those years as Mayor Pro Tem. He has served and chaired many City committees, including serving as Chair of the LCC committee. He also served on the Master Plan Committee, and chaired meetings in the absence of the Mayor. <b>Charles Semchena, Jr</b>. is a 55 year resident of Royal Oak, and a past City Commissioner. He is the retired Royal Oak City Attorney who drafted the City&#39;s current Liquor License Ordinance, and served on the LCC committee. Semchena has a Master’s Degree in Accounting, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business. He has extensive experience in property tax issues, having worked at the Michigan Tax Tribunal and litigating Tax appeals for the City. Chuck played a leading role in closing many of the drug infested motels, prostitute filled massage parlors, and out of control bars that caused problems in the past.
