Registration Open for Royal Oak History Hunt

Team up with friends and/or family for the Royal Oak Historical Society's History Hunt.

The Royal Oak Historical Society is holding its first ever Royal Oak History Hunt. 

The hunt begins at the Royal Oak Historical Society Museum 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28. 

Information packets and clues will be distributed to each team at that time.  Teams will then have till 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29 to complete as many of the clues as possible.

Prizes will be awarded to the winning teams.  To be eligible for a prize you must be at the Museum with printed photos in hand, no later than 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29. 

Refreshments will be served while judges are reviewing the photos.  Correct answers to each of the clues will be announced and prizes will be awarded.

Registration for the event can be accomplished three ways by going to www.roysloakhistoricalsociety.org  or by picking up the form at the Museum.

  1. Online using Pay Pal
  2. Print out the form from the Museum website and bring to Museum with check
  3. Print and mail with check to Museum.

The cost per team is $25.00.  Each team must provide its own camera and travel in one vehicle.
