Multiple Break-Ins Reported Near Normandy and Woodward

Royal Oak Police report another of a rash automobile break-ins.

Last Friday, thieves targeted electronics, purses and wallets on Elmwood, Groveland and Robinwood on the city's north end

On May 30, police believe an organized crew targeted dozens of vehicles between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. on the south end of the city.

Home invasion 

• 4100 block of Cooper, June 28: A woman reported someone entered her residence through the bathroom window. The suspect stole a 32-inch LCD television, 22-inch LCD television, miscellaneous jewelry, stamp collection, coin collection and an undisclosed amount of currency.
• 4300 block of Elmwood, June 28: A man reported someone attempted to break into his residence through a kitchen window.

Breaking and entering

• 4400 block of Groveland, June 28: A man reported someone entered his unlocked garage looking for items to steal. Nothing was taken.
• 4700 block of Groveland, June 28: A man reported someone entered his car in his unlocked detached garage looking for items to steal. Nothing was taken.
• 4300 block of Elmwood, June 28: A woman reported someone entered her unlocked detached garage and stole prescription medication from her vehicle.
• 4400 block of Robinwood, June 28: A man reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle and stole an iPod.
• 4500 block of Robinwood, June 28: A man reported someone entered his unlocked garage and stole an iPod from his vehicle.
• 4600 block of Robinwood, June 28: A man reported someone entered his unlocked garage and broke out the passenger side window of his vehicle. The suspect entered the vehicle looking for items to steal. Nothing was taken.  

Vehicle break-ins

• 4300 block of Robinwood, June 28: A man reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle looking for items to steal. Nothing was taken.
• 4300 block of Robinwood, June 28: A man reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle and stole an undisclosed amount of currency. 
• 4400 block of Robinwood, June 28: A woman reported someone entered her unlocked vehicle and stole an undisclosed amount of currency from her wallet.
• 4400 block of Robinwood, June 28: A man reported someone broke out the driver’s side window of his vehicle and stole a laptop computer case.
• 4600 block of Robinwood, June 28: A man reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle and stole sunglasses, a Bluetooth and loose change.
• 4700 block of Robinwood, June 28: A man reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle and stole an undisclosed amount of currency.
• 4400 block of Groveland, June 28: A man reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle and stole an IBM laptop computer, iPad and Monster headphones.
• 4500 Groveland, June 28: A man reported someone broke out the passenger side window of his vehicle and stole a wallet and golf clubs from his vehicle.
• 4300 block of Olivia, June 28: A woman reported someone broke out the passenger window of her vehicle. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.
• 4700 block of Elmwood, June 28: A woman reported someone broke the passenger side window of her vehicle and stole her purse.
• 4200 block of Cooper, June 28: A woman reported someone entered her unlocked vehicle looking for items to steal. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.
